Service Description:
The service chargerinvoice.com enables the automated retrieval and delivery of invoices generated during the charging process at Tesla Superchargers. These invoices are sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Usage Requirements:
Utilizing the service requires an active Tesla account on tesla.com that is enabled for electric vehicle charging, as well as the successful connection of chargerinvoice.com to the user's own Tesla account. The service acts here on behalf of the Tesla account user as pure client software. Authorization of chargerinvoice.com on the user's Tesla account is done via official API interfaces provided by Tesla. The user can revoke this authorization at any time.

Privacy and Security:
All information is handled in accordance with privacy policies. Chargerinvoice.com only stores and processes the data necessary for the execution of the service. These data are only stored at the time of processing and are immediately deleted afterwards.

Disclaimer:
Chargerinvoice.com is not liable for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by tesla.com. Likewise, no liability is assumed for the timely forwarding of invoices. Invoices that have already been forwarded cannot be resent.

Changes and Availability:
Chargerinvoice.com is 100% dependent on the availability of the tesla.com API interface. Changes or failures of this interface are beyond the responsibility of chargerinvoice.com. The user is aware that they bear this risk and has no claim to reimbursement of fees paid.

Right of Withdrawal:
The consumer waives their 14-day right of withdrawal if the provision of the service is to begin immediately. There is no right of withdrawal for self-employed individuals or business owners.

Contract Duration and service termination/cancelation:
The contract does automatically renew and must be actively canceled by the user online inside the app.chargerinvoice.com self-service-portal. We use stripe.com as payment service provider.

Severability Clause:
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Arbitration Clause:
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration court in Munich, Germany.

Jurisdiction:
For all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract, Munich, Germany, shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction. By using chargerinvoice.com, the user agrees to these terms and conditions and agrees to our data privacy.
